Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software/products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your email] with your order number and details.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at panizforouzandeh1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

​

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
